If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Email support@cobaltpr.studio with your order number and a photo of the issue.
What's Not Returnable
Because these are personal-use wellness devices, we're unable to accept returns on opened items outside of a manufacturing defect.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
